Our spaces

When an event takes place in the Grand Amphitheatre only and without catering, we can host up to 480 people.

When an event includes catering held in the adjoining salons, we can host up to 330 people.

All ground-floor spaces are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Access to the third-floor spaces requires stairs or a small service lift that is not suitable. The third-floor spaces are therefore not adapted to visitors with reduced mobility.

We regularly host symposia, conferences, screenings, press conferences and seminars for up to 330 people.

Meetings and workshops for 10 to 50 people can be held in our salons.

Exclusive seated dinners for up to 80 people can be held in our salons.

The rental includes access to the chosen spaces, support at every stage of your event, a dedicated stage manager for projection, sound and lighting, furniture and technical equipment, a cleaning team on duty to refresh the spaces throughout the event, and a team of security and fire-safety officers to keep your event safe.

We have 9 spaces available for private hire inside the building, but no outdoor space. Guests and organisers may nevertheless come and go freely.

No, we do not accept commission-sharing arrangements. We work directly with event organisers, or with the agency, which then carries the moral and financial responsibility for the event.

Once the private-hire contract is signed, we ask for a deposit. This deposit is 50% of the total amount including tax. The balance is then invoiced after the event.
